“Coach Heath is everything there should be in a positive role model and coach for these 10&U swimmers.  He cares so deeply and pours in everything for the kids personally and as athletes not only pushing them to where they want to go but also pouring in and bringing the motivation they need after a good swim or even a bad swim.  Our swimmer walks away from every race with the feedback she needs to get better and then Heath brings it right back in practice to fine tune where she needs it (I know he does the same with all of his swimmers).  His leadership really made a massive difference in our swimmer’s progression this year and took her to a level that seemed like a far away place.  I can confidently say she accomplished everything and more than she had set out as goals for this year.
